Ingredients:
- purple potatoes: 150g;
- potato starch: 15g;
- Salt and Pepper To Taste;
- oil
Preparation:
- peel the potatoes and cut into slices,
- add potatoes starch and the salt;
- chop with a kitchen robot;
- add oil;
- pour into the oil pan fry the mixture and flatten it;
- let it brown.
