Ingredients:
- purple potatoes: 300g;
- milk: 250ml;
- water: 400 ml;
- oil: q.b;
- chopped onion: 1/2;
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation:
- peel potatoes;
- cut into rings;
- cook potatoes and onions in low heat;
- add water, salt and pepper;
- fire off add milk;
- blend.
