Ingredients:
- 150 g Basmati rice,
- 2 zucchini,
- 1 red onion,
- Ripe melon (if you like)
Preparation:
- Cook the basmati rice being careful not to overcook.
- Cook the zucchini in a pan with oil, little vegetable nut and sliced red onion.
- Leave the crunchy vegetables in order to preserve all their properties.
- Place the basmati rice in the center of the dish,
- Cover with zucchini and add some melon fillet.
