Ingredients:
- Red potatoes (mozart): 150g
- Chestnuts: 500g
- onion: 1
- soup: 1 glass
- oil, salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
- wash, incise the chestnuts, cook in salad water for 45min.
- peel warm
- blent in to a mixer with warm sourp
- cut the potatoes
- cook potatoes and crambler onion for 15min.
- blent the mixture of chestnuts and the potatoes in to a mixer.
