Ingredients:
- 600 g of thinly cut white onions
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- half a glass of water
- 2 spoons of flour
- sage, salt and pepper, evo oil
- slices of homemade bread,
- aromatic vegetable cheese
Preparation:
- put onions a saucepan and add half a glass of water
- cook for 15 minutes with sage, salt and pepper
- combine 2 spoons and flour and slowly boiling broth - cook on low heat for 50min
